QuantBase charges a flat monthly price and nothing per trade. It earns the same whether you trade or not.

The Meme plan pays for the launch record, not for backtests, so its research limits are the free tier's. Pro and Team are the research server plans and include everything in Meme.

The live values are always the server's. Ask it:

Free (wallet)#

An account made with a Solana wallet alone starts on Free (wallet): the same meme access as Free, with a smaller research quota (50 trials a month, 50 sweep points, a 5-asset universe, one holdout). Every keypair is free to make, so a full free research tier per wallet would be free quota on demand.

When many new wallets sign up on one day, a new wallet account can start as Free (wallet, from tomorrow): it can pay straight away, and its free quota starts the next day.

Paying#

Choose Upgrade to Meme (or Pro, Team) in Settings → Plan & billing, or Start 7-day free trial on the homepage. Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record. Dodo takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and appears on your statement; QuantBase never sees your card.

Prices are in US dollars. Your card may be charged in your local currency, plus tax where it applies. Plans renew monthly. Meme starts with a 7-day free trial: your card is saved at checkout and first charged on day 8. Cancel before then and you are not charged.

After checkout the console shows "Payment received, plan updating…" until Dodo confirms the payment to QuantBase.

Cancelling#

Cancel any time from Manage billing in Settings → Plan & billing, which opens Dodo's customer portal. If that button is not shown for your account, email support@quantbase.live and we will cancel it. Access runs to the end of the month you paid for, then the account returns to Free. Your coach history and alerts stay.

Failed payments#

If a renewal fails, Dodo retries it. While Dodo's own grace window runs you keep access. Once a subscription is put on hold after a failed renewal, access continues for 3 more days and then stops; a later successful payment restores it.

Refunds#

Refunds follow the terms: if the service does not do what these docs say it does, write to us and we will refund you. A full refund, or a chargeback, ends the plan it paid for. A partial refund is a credit and leaves the plan in place.

What no plan includes#

No plan buys picks, signals, trading for you, or custody. Pilot, the exit bot that would act from your own wallet, is not on sale on any plan.
